Enter for a chance to live with an original work of art from the Student Lending Art Collection for the upcoming academic year! The Collection is primarily prints and photographs by leading contemporary artists – including many artists that have exhibited at the List Center. The art will be on view at the List Center (E15) from Tuesday, 8/26 – Sunday, 9/14, 2025. This program is FREE for all MIT Students. You must have a valid student ID.
To enter the lottery, please complete the online sign-up questionnaire by Wednesday, September 10th for your chance to take home an artwork for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please note, students are not required to choose your preferred artworks in advance or visit E15 to register for the lottery. Winners will be notified by Saturday, September 13th and given instructions to make an appointment to pick out an artwork at the List Center during distribution hours September 15th-18th 10am – 5pm.
On Friday, 9/19 from 10am-3pm we will hold our “second chance opportunity” which allow students that are not selected for this year’s lottery to choose from the remaining collection on a first-come first serve basis.
